Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and systems. User data is scoped — only you can access your own SOP templates unless you have an admin role.
SOP generation is powered by AI language models. Prompts you submit are processed to generate template content. We do not use your generated content to train AI models.
We use authentication tokens to keep you logged in and secure. These are stored as cookies or local storage entries and expire according to standard security practices.
We use third-party infrastructure and AI providers to deliver our service. These providers process data only as necessary to provide the service and under their own privacy standards.
